I’m convinced I would’ve become a Christian when I was twelve if someone had asked. As it turned out almost ten years would pass before I would get that invitation.
It wasn’t like my family was looking for God, or even a church. We were simply too busy surviving. My parents survived World War II, but couldn’t survive each other, so at the ripe old age of ten, I was informed that they would be getting a divorce.
