		<description>It&#039;s always nice to notice the everyday helpers.  As a former waitress, I can tell you that I find it awful to go to dinner with people who constantly complain about the service and under-tip.  Even being understanding when things go wrong is better than the alternative.



P.S.  Yeah, Helen, who needs a perspired-on prayer cloth when you can be on the hero list?!  :-)</description>
