Arlene,

I'm with you on the small talk. I've always been crap at it, and hated it, and recentlyish I've been learning both its value and how to do it. Way to go.

It's the small stuff that really counts! Jesus made a big deal out of small stuff (widow's mite, fish and loaves, splinter in eye, lust in heart, etc.). These little things seem to have HUGE effect in us and others.

Way to celebrate "a little breakthrough", Arlene! Small talk is pretty big to those patients you escort...and I think to Jesus as well.
