I have been reading a lot of stories here about people praying for people they either didn’t really know or had little contact with. I have also experienced the strange desire to pray for those kinds of people, and it truly works!

I knew a girl in high school who didn’t lead the happiest life and whom I am sure was struggling with spiritual issues. I had only really met her late my senior year, so I graduated before I had any time to cultivate that relationship…but I kept praying for her! Some time ago, she got hold of my phone number and sent me a (text) message. Turns out, not only had she accepted Christ, she had gotten married! Her phone signature read “BLESSED.”
