Service Station Serving

I was putting gas in my car at a local gas station when I noticed the woman behind me was having a problem getting her hood opened.  I walked back and asked if I could be of assistance. She said she needed to check her oil, but she didn’t know how to get the hood up. I opened the hood for her and checked the oil. Meanwhile she was telling me about the trip she was about to embark on to see some family members. When I finished checking her oil I wished her luck and I went back and topped off my tank, put on the cap, got my receipt and drove off. As I drove away, I prayed for her that she would have a safe trip and a pleasant time with her family.

I hope your desire to notice and help others is “caught” by other folks in your school!
